Introduction...
I have done my internship at Naza Motor Trading Sdn Bhd (Naza World). I have been place in Corporate Human Capital Division, reporting to Mr. Mohd Fayzul bin Mohd Alli, Senior Executive Manpower & Recruitment. Naza have two group for automotive it is four wheels and two wheels. I interns as a two wheels human resources group such as below:
· Next Bike Sdn Bhd (Ducati distributor)
· Naza Prestige Bikes Sdn Bhd (Harley-Davidson distributor)
· Naza Premira Sdn Bhd (Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia and Gilera distributor)
· Harmony Fabulous Sdn Bhd (Indian & Victory Motorcycle distributor)
· Naza Bikers Dream Sdn Bhd (Importer of high-end bikes)
· Naza Bikers Sales and Distribution Sdn Bhd (Naza Bikes distributor)
Also only one company of four wheels such as below:
· Naza Quest Auto Sdn Bhd (Chevrolet dealership)
· Naza Quest Sdn Bhd (Chevrolet distributor)
Job Summary...
As a Human Resources intern, my job scope is related with Human Resource job scope.
I as a recruitment team and I need to communicate and interact with internal staff and external people. As recruitment manpower, hire new staff is the main job scope for us and it is not easily to we choose the best candidate to join our company.
Recruitment team are responsible to choose and hire the best candidate to join us based on the qualification, quality, experience of working, skills and do not have any illegal record. We need definite the candidate we hire is the best from the best.
The job scope I do during internship the firstly is filing. Any document is given especially new staff document need to keep in the personal file. The entire document is private and confidential. The file is must keep into the file room properly. Filing related with recruitment job scope because the entire document we received from new staff, we need open the personal file to keep into the personal file because we save all the staff data manually as a backup and we not use any system. System HR2000 only use for payroll such as salary, benefit and medical.
Then, answer telephone, give information to callers, take message from callers and transfer call to appropriate individual is daily task for me during internship. How answer telephone is related with recruitment is, sometimes external party call to ask regarding vacant we advertise in Newspaper, Jobstreet.com and Monster.com. It chance to us to hire people.
Next, check e-mail daily is my job scope. All the application from candidate through the e-mail and I need check the e-mail daily. Sometimes candidate interact with us only through e-mail and we need to aware and give response to candidate. E-mail is the important for Human Resource because people apply for job is through e-mail. Also appointment for interview we are inviting through the e-mail.
Find candidate through Monster system and review their resume if suitable we will make a call to make an interview appointment with candidate. Also application through e-mail we will precede if suitable with requirement.
Other than that, before we hire the new employee, reference check are needed from previous company of candidate because we need hire the best from the best of candidate. Who have a good performance from the previous company will be precede the application.
Prepare the 13 form process hiring (related paperwork) to candidate fill up before they sign and get offer letter. All the form includes agreement, Payroll and medical.
Besides that, I’m also find internship student who want make industrial training at our company and put them at department related with their field of study.
All the hire process I learn with other team of recruitment and all my job scope are related with the new recruitment process.

Conclusion
That's all only I can share through my blog. Internship so fun and enjoy because we can learn and get experience same like others workers. So, no need to stress while practical because as long as we can do our task properly, we can't get any trouble and stress. Internship also can give us opportunity to get job if we have a good performance. To easier get job not only we need to have qualification but we need to have skills and how to do work effectively and efficiently.
